TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE OBSERVED BY THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE EXHIBITION

• The organizers of the exhibition shall have the right to inspect the stall/space at any time to ensure complete observance of the terms and conditions of allotment.
• The decision/action of the organizers shall be final and binding on the exhibitors and shall not be questioned during the duration of the exhibition.
• No indecent, unethical, or unlawful activity shall be allowed at the stall.
• No activity contrary to the injunctions and spirit of the religion of Pakistan shall be allowed in any manner.
• It shall be the obligation of the participants to insure their employees with an insurance company if they so desire.
• The organizers will not be responsible for any claims related to injuries sustained by employees/workers of the exhibitor at the premises.
• Booking shall be done strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse any booking, change schedules, replace or reallocate stalls, or alter the layout in the best interest of the exhibition.
• Once the booking of a stall has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or shared.
• The organizers reserve the right to reallocate the stall/space if payment is not received on time.
• Exhibitors must ensure they do not create unnecessary or excessive noise that disturbs neighboring stalls.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of the organizers will be final and binding on the parties concerned.
• Any central or provincial taxes (if applicable) will be solely payable by the exhibitors.
• Safety and security standards must be strictly observed in the exhibition hall.
• The organizers reserve the right to demand additional charges for any extra services if specifically ordered.
• The organizers shall not be held responsible for any damage, breakdown, or failure of services provided by the Pak-China Friendship Center.
• Exhibitors will not be allowed to display their products outside their designated stalls.
• Exhibitors must not paste anything on pillars/columns or hang banners inside or outside the halls, except in their designated spaces. No standees or other advertisements will be allowed outside the stall or anywhere else at the venue.
• Only sponsors will be allowed to display banners in their allocated spaces.
• Exhibitors who have booked open display areas will be allowed to have customized stalls, whereas regular stallholders are entitled to space within the allocated structure.
• Stalls will be booked upon receiving a 50% advance payment.
• The balance payment must be made one month prior to the exhibition.
• Exhibitors will be charged for any damages to stalls provided by the organizers or the surrounding area.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, war, strikes, or civil commotion leading to the cancellation or curtailment of the exhibition, the organizers shall not refund payments made. However, they reserve the right to adjust payments for any future events.
• Under no circumstances will exhibitors exceed their allocated space.
• Stalls must be designed in a way that does not obstruct the view of surrounding stalls.
• The construction of stalls must be done off-site, and only installation of pre-constructed elements is permitted within the allocated time.
• Music, sound, or announcements will only be allowed as part of the stall display.
• Exhibitors indemnify the organizers from all liabilities. Participants exhibit at their own risk, and the organizers will not be held responsible.
• Terms and conditions must be signed and submitted at the time of payment.
• The organizers reserve the right to delete, alter, or add any terms and conditions in the best interest of the exhibition.
